I’m 1.78m tall and weigh 80kg, I always wear size M, so I had to order XXL for this and it fits just right, although I prefer it that way so it doesn’t bother me so much. The seller still recommended not wearing it too tight to promote the evaporation effect. I’ll try it on the Transpirenaica trail and will let you know when I return. Filling it with water is a bit cumbersome, but it does keep the body cool.
